Чимпоеш и Гуцул зарегистрированы в качестве кандидатов на пост главы Гагаузии

Центральная избирательная комиссия (ЦИК) зарегистрировала в качестве кандидатов на пост башкана Гагаузии Сергея Чимпоеша и Евгению Гуцул на заседании сегодня, 1 апреля. Сергей Чимпоеш зарегистрирован в качестве независимого кандидата. Евгения Гуцул выдвигается на пост башкана от партии «ШОР».

Согласно постановлению ЦИК, Сергей Чимпоеш зарегистрирован по второму пакету документов, который он предоставил ЦИК 29 марта.

ЦИК признал действительным сертификат Сергея Чимпоеша на знание гагаузского языка, поэтому кандидат вновь сдавать тест не будет.

Напомним, 24 марта ЦИК Гагаузии отказал Сергею Чимпоешу в регистрации его в качестве кандидата на пост главы Гагаузии из-за нарушений при заполнении подписных листов. В то время ЦИК дал возможность еще раз создать инициативную группу и выдал Сергею Чимпоешу новые подписные листы. Политик посчитал это решение незаконным и обратился в Апелляционную палату. Суд отменил это решение центризбиркома.
