Правительство Молдовы одобрило законопроект, направленный на улучшение доступа граждан и бизнеса к открытым данным, а также на усиление защиты персональных данных. Законопроект касается повторного использования информации из публичного сектора для целей, отличных от тех, для которых данные были первоначально собраны.
Документ регулирует процесс подачи и обработки запросов на повторное использование открытых данных и предусматривает механизм оспаривания отказов в предоставлении информации. Согласно проекту, государственные учреждения обязаны модернизировать процессы сбора и публикации данных, что приведет к снижению административных расходов и сокращению времени на обработку запросов, пишет rupor.md.
Ожидается, что эта инициатива окажет значительное влияние на частный сектор и общество в целом. Открытые данные будут использоваться для разработки новых продуктов и услуг, улучшения маркетинговых стратегий, выявления рыночных возможностей, а также для сокращения затрат на исследования и сбор информации.
Министерство экономического развития и цифровизации будет координировать разработку политики в области открытых данных, а Агентство электронной власти проведет оценку правительственного портала открытых данных date.gov.md с целью дальнейшей модернизации.
