Закону «О фонде субсидирования сельскохозяйственных производителей» требует изменений. В Комрате сегодня прошли публичные слушания свои предложения относительно изменения мер по поддержке сельхозпроизводителей автономии озвучили специалисты агропромышленного комплекса и представители законодательного органа.
Производство овощей и фруктов, закладка, модернизация и раскорчевка многолетних насаждений, технологическое обновление животноводческих ферм, приобретение племенных животных – это основные виды деятельности, которые субсидируются из регионального бюджета.
«Больше всего заявок в агропромышленный комплекс поступает от садоводов и виноградарей», — сказал глава ведомства Андрей Димитрогло.
Аграрии получают поддержку в размере 15-20% от вложенных ими средств.
На слушаниях было озвучено предложение, расширить меры, которые позволят увеличить объемы овощей и фруктов, выращенных в закрытом грунте.
«Это и ягоды и зелень и виноград. У нас в комрате уже есть опыт выращивания винограда в теплице», — сказал Андрей Димитрогло.
Планируют увеличить и субсидии на приобретение техники. Речь о тракторах, местного производства. Это белорусские тракторы, сборка которых осуществляется в селе Томай.
Главный акцент при обсуждении поправок в Закон Гагаузии «О фонде субсидирования сельскохозяйственных производителей» был сделан на животноводстве.
«Мы должны обеспечить себя основными продуктами животноводства: мясом, молоком, яйцом. Пока этого нет», — сказал Андрей Димитрогло.
«Чем больше мы будем производить готовую продукцию, тем выгоднее будет для всех сельхозпроизводителей. При наличии развитого животноводческого сектора производители зерновых смогут реализовать свою продукцию в Гагаузии», — подчеркнул депутат НСГ, председатель постоянной комиссии по вопросам сельского хозяйства Валерий Манастырлы.
Андрей Димитрогло напомнил слова Министра сельского хозяйства РМ Владимира Боля, который на встрече с аграриями автономии сказал, что «животноводческий сектор из года в год будет получать все больше поддержки от государства».
«Министр сообщил, что в этом году 25 млн евро, выделяемых из фонда Всемирного банка, будут направлены на развитие сельского хозяйства», — сказал Андрей Димитрогло.
Закон «О фонде субсидирования сельскохозяйственных производителей», вступил в силу 1 января 2018 года.
Предложенные в него поправки будут рассмотрены на специальных комиссиях. Обновленную Программу предоставления субсидий для сельхозпроизводителей, специалисты исполкома передадут на утверждение в НСГ.
Фонд сельскохозяйственных субсидий на 2023 год составляет – 5 млн леев.
